On July 30, 2024, at Berth No. 1 – PTSC Dung Quat Port, PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai) handed over more than 800 tons of Bypass Exhaust System equipment to the M/V Alanis shipping line which would be discharged in the Republic of Ireland to install. We met client’s delivery time. The project was team effort of PTSC Quang Ngai’s employees for 10 months in implementing detailed design, purchasing, manufacturing, packaging and accepting of goods drastically to achieve significant result mentioned above.

Although PTSC Quang Ngai has accumulated a lot of experience through completing many projects with a volume up to thousands of tons of similar equipment including: Inlet transition duct, elbow duct, silencer, stack, support structure,… for many gas power plants around the world but PTSC Quang Ngai still faces many challenges when implementing this project with a volume of more than 800 tons for 5 units, manufacturing according to European standards EN-1090, complying with strict requirements from materials according to CE mark for the European market. … Aware of these challenges, after receiving Purchase Order from the Customer from Sep.2023, PTSC Quang Ngai has focused on planning, evaluating and managing risk, developing fabrication and quality control measures as well as closely supervising the implementation to promptly handle any arising that are likely to affect the project to ensure that the manufactured equipment components meet project’ specification.
The successful completion and handover of this Contract once again affirms PTSC Quang Ngai’s capacity in fabricating services for export mechanical products, thereby opening up many cooperation opportunities with EGL Group (Australia) in many subsequent projects in the regional and international markets.
