DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

1997

On October 17th, 1997

Under the name of Petroleum Technical Services Company (PTSC) Branch in Quang Ngai with initial mission of providing services, equipment and materials for petroleum projects in Quang Ngai Province.

2002

On June 13th, 2002

The Board of Directors of PetroVietnam issued Decision No. 1160/QD-HDQT on the establishment of Quang Ngai Petroleum Service Enterprise.

The head office was located at 111 Hung Vuong street, Quang Ngai city.

2007

On March 19th, 2007

Quang Ngai Petroleum Services Enterprise was transformed into Quang Ngai Petroleum Services One Member Company Limited according to Decision No.35/QD-DVKT-HDQT.

The head office was located at lot 4H, Ton Duc Thang street, Le Hong Phong ward, Quang Ngai city.

2011 to Present

The company was converted into PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company – PTSC. After more than 25 years of development with the initial goal of participating in the construction of Dung Quat Refinery and providing technical services in the central region, PTSC Quang Ngai has become an EPC contractor for many projects worth hundreds of millions of US dollars with 5 main service sectors:

Mechanical Fabrication services
EPC & Construction services
Maintenance and Repair services
Port Operation and Logistics services
Towage and Marine services.

HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVINOMMENT, QUALITY

Recognizing the successful implementation of the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System as one of the key priorities for development and integration into domestic and international markets, PTSC Quang Ngai has successively established, operated, and enhanced its Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System in accordance with international standards ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015, certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
