According to the article published on July 4, 2025, by Bao Đau thau (https://baodauthau.vn), Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Ltd. Company has recently opened EPC Package No.1 Engineering – Procurement – Construction for the Repair, Renovation and Upgrade of the sulphur recovery system to produce acid project.
According to the bid opening minutes for the technical proposals, there are three bidders participating: The Consortium of Duong Tu Tuan Co., Ltd. and Xi’an Nonferrous Metal Industry Design and Survey Institute Co., Ltd.; The Consortium of PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company, Keyon Process Co., Ltd., and Megarig Industries Co., Ltd; and The Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China National Chemical Engineering Corporation.
The value of this package is over VND 162 billion. Bidding documents were issued from May 28 to July 1, 2025. The project was procured through international open bidding conducted offline, following the “one-phase, two-envelope” procedure.
The overall project, owned by Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Ltd. Company, has a total approved procurement estimate of VND 179.018 billion. The Company is both the project owner and the procuring entity.
