On the afternoon of January 29, 2026, PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock company (PTSC Quang Ngai) solemnly held the opening and handover ceremony for the investment project “Phase 1 Dung Quat Oil & Gas Mechanical Services Complex,” covering an area of 3.1 hectares. The event marks the completion of a key infrastructure investment component, representing a strategic milestone in enhancing the production capacity and technical service capabilities of PTSC Quang Ngai, a subsidiary of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC corporation).
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Hong Phong – Director of the company, along with Deputy Directors and heads of functional departments; representatives of customers in the field of export mechanical fabrication; as well as contractors, suppliers, and partners who have accompanied the company throughout the project implementation process.
Mr. Le Hong Phong – Director of PTSC Quang Ngai, and Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh – Deputy Director of the company and Head of the Project Implementation Team – delivered speeches at the ceremony.
The Dung Quat Oil & Gas Mechanical Services Complex Project has been identified by PTSC Quang Ngai as a strategic investment project, aiming to gradually enhance its capabilities in mechanical fabrication and machining services for the oil and gas, industrial, and energy sectors. The project also contributes to strengthening infrastructure capacity, completing an integrated value chain of key technical services for large-scale projects of PTSC corporation and PTSC Quang Ngai in the coming period. Beyond production and business efficiency, the project is expected to promote local socio-economic development, create stable employment opportunities, and attract investment resources to the Dung Quat Economic Zone.
At the ceremony, the company’s leadership and Project Implementation Team symbolically handed over the facility key to PTSC Dung Quat Mechanical Fabrication Plant, the unit responsible for its management and operation. This marks Phase 1’s readiness for official operation, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, while reflecting the Board of Directors and Board of Management’s goal of maximizing investment value to better serve customers and partners.
On this occasion, the company’s leadership also presented rewards to workers directly involved in the project construction. This recognition acknowledges the responsibility, effort, and contributions of individuals and teams during project implementation, while serving as motivation to further promote professionalism and ensure quality, progress, and efficiency in the subsequent operational phase.
The opening and handover ceremony of Phase 1 Dung Quat Oil & Gas Mechanical Services Complex Project represents an important milestone in PTSC Quang Ngai’s development strategy.
