Recently, the Digital Transformation Committee of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) officially launched the “Smart Communication Platform” – an integrated internal communication channel designed to provide timely updates on news, documents, guidelines, and best practices related to digital transformation. This initiative represents a practical effort to promote digital culture and enhance employees’ awareness across the system, contributing toward the goal of becoming a digital enterprise by 2035 in line with PTSC’s development strategy.

Digital transformation has been identified as one of the core strategies and a critical foundation for optimizing management processes, improving operational efficiency, and fostering innovation throughout the organization. PTSC’s Digital Transformation Committee emphasized that the application of digital technologies opens up opportunities to develop new products and services, create higher added value, and deliver better customer experiences. As a result, PTSC can strengthen its competitiveness, expand partnerships, and enhance its market position.
In alignment with PTSC’s direction, the leadership of PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai) has developed a range of concrete plans to implement digital transformation initiatives in a synchronized manner. These include establishing and certifying an information security management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards; accelerating the application of management software in areas such as asset management, procurement management, and human resources and payroll management. In addition, PTSC Quang Ngai is strengthening internal communication and training through courses on AI applications and in-depth digital transformation knowledge. These efforts aim to enhance employees’ capabilities and mindset, ensuring that digital transformation is implemented in a practical manner closely aligned with business and production activities, thereby improving management efficiency and strengthening PTSC Quang Ngai’s competitiveness in the digital era.
Digital transformation is not only about technological advancement but also a journey of mindset change and innovation at the individual level. With strong determination and proactive spirit, the collective workforce of PTSC Quang Ngai will continue to realize PTSC’s digital transformation strategy, contributing to the development of a modern and sustainable working environment, improving business performance, and delivering new added value to customers.
