Upholding the core value of “Compassion” in PTSC Quang Ngai’s corporate culture, the Company’s Youth Union successfully organized the 18th traditional program “Compassionate Red Envelopes” in 2026. The program continues a long-standing journey of sharing, contributing to a warm spring for employees and the local community.

After three weeks of launching, the program received strong support and participation from company leadership at all levels, benefactors from the Corporation, the Company, partner units, as well as all employees, with a total donation amount of VND 226,350,000.

On February 5, 2026, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union, in coordination with the Trade Union, organized the “Compassionate Red Envelopes – 18th Edition, 2026” program at PTSC Dung Quat Mechanical Plant, Van Tuong Commune, Quang Ngai Province. The program was attended by PTSC Quang Ngai leaders and local mass organizations of Van Tuong Commune. At the event, Mr. Vo Thanh Dat – Secretary of Van Tuong Commune Youth Union – acknowledged and highly appreciated PTSC Quang Ngai’s practical contributions to social welfare, expressing his appreciation for the Company’s and mass organizations’ continuous support for the local community, especially during the Lunar New Year.

The Organizing Committee distributed nearly 100 gift packages, each including a VND 1,000,000 red envelope and essential goods through the “Zero-cost Stall” to disadvantaged employees working at PTSC Dung Quat Mechanical Plant, PTSC Dung Quat Port, project/order sites at Dung Quat Refinery, PK85 Project, Crude Oil Tank Project, and to 51 households living around the Mechanical Plant area in Van Tuong Commune. In addition, the program visited and presented gifts to employees at Long Thanh Project Management Board and Long Phu Thermal Power Project Management Board, as well as individuals facing difficulties in recent years.

Besides the traditional program, from the “Compassionate Red Envelopes” fund, the PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union continued to coordinate the implementation of various social welfare activities during the Lunar New Year, including:

• Free medical check-ups, health consultations, medicine distribution, and a “Zero-cost Market” for more than 600 households in Van Tuong Commune, in coordination with the Department of Petroleum and Petroleum Products and Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company.
• Gift presentations to disadvantaged students at Thu Xa High School, Tu Nghia District, Quang Ngai Province.
• “Loving Spring” program in coordination with Van Tuong Commune Police, PVSM, BSPPT, and Tien Vien Company.
• Journey to Red Addresses “Volunteer Winter – Loving Spring 2026” program in coordination with Nghia Lo Ward Youth Union and Youth Union branches of Vietcombank Quang Ngai, Provincial People’s Committee Office, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Political School, and Le Khiet School.

Through 18 years of maintenance and development, the “Compassionate Red Envelopes” program has become a meaningful traditional activity with profound social value, demonstrating PTSC Quang Ngai’s social responsibility and spreading the Company’s compassionate identity throughout the community.
