On the afternoon of January 27, 2026, PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai) successfully held a workplace dialogue conference. The conference reached agreement on a number of important matters regarding the amendment and supplementation of the Labour Regulations, marking a new step forward in building a harmonious, transparent, and people-centered working environment.
Attending the conference, on the employer’s side were Mr. Le Hong Phong – Director of the Company, along with leaders of functional departments and professional teams. Representing the employees were Mr. Huynh Ngoc Thanh – Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union, and members of the dialogue team representing employees from the Office, PTSC Dung Quat Mechanical Factory and PTSC Dung Quat Port.
Listening and Understanding: At the beginning of the program, the employer’s representative presented in detail the new points in the draft amended Labour Regulations. These contents were developed in strict compliance with current legal regulations while enhancing flexibility to better suit the operational characteristics of PTSC Quang Ngai.
In a democratic spirit, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the Trade Union and representative of the dialogue team, presented a summary of employees’ recommendations. The opinions focused on practical issues such as more flexible working hours and mechanisms for negotiating the consolidation of annual leave.
Consensus for a Common Goal: Directly addressing the proposals, Director Le Hong Phong acknowledged and highly appreciated the constructive and straightforward spirit of the employees. At the conference, both parties reached a high level of consensus on key contents related to the amendment of the Labour Regulations.
The dialogue conference concluded in a positive and cooperative atmosphere. This is a clear demonstration of the corporate culture at PTSC Quang Ngai, where employees’ voices are always respected and their legitimate rights are prioritized, creating strong motivation for all to work together toward achieving the company’s 2026 business and production objectives.
