To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026), the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Ngai Province (March 24, 1975 – March 24, 2026), and in response to Youth Month 2026, on March 21, 2026, the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai) in coordination with youth unions of member units under the Central Vietnam Oil & Gas Youth Cluster, including Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR), Petrovietnam Shipbuilding and Mechanical Company Limited (PVSM), and Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVComBank) – Quang Ngai Branch, organized the “Dream Wheels” program in Dak Tang Commune, Quang Ngai Province.
The event was attended by Mr. Pham Dang An, member of the Central Committee and Secretary of the Youth Union of Vietnam National Industry–Energy Group (Petrovietnam); Mr. Tran Nam Anh, member of the Standing Committee of the Group’s Youth Union; and Ms. Y Viet Sa, member of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union. Also present were representatives from the Central Vietnam Oil & Gas Youth Cluster, including Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Executive Committee members, and youth union members from PTSC Quang Ngai, BSR, PVSM, and PVComBank.
As part of the program, youth members of the Central Vietnam Oil & Gas Youth Cluster directly presented 40 bicycles to students at Dak Tang Primary and Secondary School. These meaningful gifts not only help ease transportation difficulties but also provide motivation for the students to strive for better academic performance and nurture their dreams. In addition, 40 scholarships were awarded to disadvantaged students at Dak Tang Kindergarten and Dak Tang Primary and Secondary School.

Alongside social welfare activities, the program also held a Youth Union admission ceremony for 17 outstanding students at Dak Tang Primary and Secondary School, marking an important milestone in their personal development and contributing to the strengthening of the Youth Union’s future force, thereby reaffirming its role in educating and nurturing the younger generation.
On this occasion, the Central Vietnam Oil & Gas Youth Cluster also organized a flower and incense offering ceremony at Mang Den Martyrs’ Cemetery in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, expressing deep gratitude to fallen heroes and demonstrating the commitment to carrying forward traditions and contributing to national development.

Through this program, the PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union and its partners have once again affirmed the pioneering and volunteer spirit of youth in community-oriented activities, contributing to the spread of humanitarian values, strengthening solidarity, and actively supporting local socio-economic development.
