PTSC Quang Ngai successfully organizes the 2025 Summarizing Conference on Party work, Production and Business activities, Mass Organizations activities, and the 2026 Employees’ Conference

On the afternoon of January 5, 2026, PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai) successfully held the 2025 Summarizing Conference on Party Work, Production and Business Activities, Mass Organizations Activities and the 2026 Employees’ Conference (the “Conference”).
Attending the Conference, on behalf of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), were Mr. Tran Ngoc Chuong – Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Hoang Xuan Quoc – Independent Member of the Board of Directors; and Mr. Pham Van Hung – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President, Chairman of the Trade Union of PTSC, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC Quang Ngai. The Conference was also attended by former leaders of Vietnam National Industry – Energy Group, former leaders of PTSC, representatives of the Supervisory Board, functional divisions, the Party and Mass Organizations Office of PTSC, and representatives of several PTSC member units.
From PTSC Quang Ngai, attendees included Mr. Le Hong Phong – Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, and Director of the Company, along with members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, leaders of mass organizations, heads of departments, and 134 outstanding delegates representing 839 employees currently working at PTSC Quang Ngai.

At the Conference, the Presidium presented key reports, including: the 2025 review report on Party work and key directions and tasks for 2026; the 2025 summarizing of production and business activities and the 2026 plan and key tasks; and the 2025 review of mass organization activities along with directions for 2026.
The year 2025 was assessed as a challenging period with many fluctuations affecting production and business activities. However, under the decisive leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Board; with the timely support of PTSC; and with the solidarity, determination, and continuous efforts of all employees, PTSC Quang Ngai successfully exceeded its 2025 targets. Notable achievements include: maintaining 4.23 million safe working hours; total revenue reaching VND 1,556 billion, exceeding the plan by 29.67%; pre-tax profit reaching VND 40.6 billion, exceeding the plan by 12.78%; and average employee income surpassing the planned target.

Delivering steering remarks at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Hung – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of PTSC, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company – acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of PTSC Quang Ngai in 2025. He also requested the Company to focus on implementing key solutions in 2026, particularly in market development, improving business efficiency, accelerating investment in key projects, enhancing corporate governance systems, and developing human resources in a sustainable orientation.

The Conference approved the key targets for 2026, including revenue of VND 2,000 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 50 billion, while continuing to improve employees’ income and welfare. It also emphasized the effective implementation of Party work, mass organization activities, and emulation movements in labor and production.

To recognize and encourage outstanding performance, PTSC Quang Ngai honored and rewarded 10 collectives and 19 individuals for their significant contributions to the company’s business and production results in 2025.

At the Conference, the company’s leadership, together with representatives of the Trade Union, Veterans Association, Youth Union, and department leaders, conducted the 2026 Emulation Commitment Signing Ceremony. This ceremony demonstrated the strong commitment, sense of responsibility, and unity of all employees in striving to successfully achieve the company’s goals and tasks for 2026, contributing to the sustainable development of PTSC Quang Ngai in the coming period.
